After opening the first Conviction Restaurant in Toronto, world-renowned chef Marc Thuet, and his wife Biana are doing it all over again in Vancouver. But with just two weeks until opening night, they still have to train 12 ex-cons and find a venue.

With the restaurant opening in just four days, the power struggle between Biana and owner Daniel goes from bad to worse, another trainee goes AWOL, Biana's team gets a major service challenge, and with time running out, the dining room is a mess.

The restaurant has just opened and it's already in trouble. And while the team deals with flaring tempers, a locker room thief, and the daily stresses of running a restaurant, not one, but two renowned food critics show up in the dining room.

With an important VIP lunch on the horizon, the understaffed restaurant struggles with personality conflicts, no-show trainees, a party vibe behind the bar, and a leak in the kitchen that threatens to bring down the ceiling.

The trainees struggle when Biana and Marc leave them in charge for the first time; four new recruits join the project; Biana implements a risky scheme to drum up business; and, there's a heartbreaking reunion when the team hands out meals to the homeless.

Marc and Biana leave the trainees in charge of the restaurant on a very busy night with chaotic results!

With just a few days to go until the end of the project, Marc and Biana plan a special dinner service for the trainees' friends and family.

It's the last week of the project, and Biana and Marc are planning a celebrity-studded graduation party.
