After receiving excellent fishing reports from local guides, Brendan Morrison heads out on a solo fishing trip off the coast of Tofino, BC; he shares some of his top fishing tips on how to be more successful and efficient while on the water.

Brendan heads up to Whitehorse, Yukon, for an epic experience targeting monster lake trout; with summer solstice fast approaching, the anglers take advantage of the sun never setting and go fishing from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. on different lakes.

Black cod is an emerging fishery off the coast of Tofino; Brendan heads out with his good friend Billy to test their luck; Billy is nursing a shoulder injury, so the boys decide to test out electric reels and fish for black cod at over 500 ft deep.

Chile is home to monster chinook salmon that were implanted there with Robertson creek salmon in the 70s; Brendan is joined by Rob Alcock of Gibbs fishing as they stay and visit with local hosts and target salmon.

Brendan and Rob move to a new location to target tuna and salmon off the coast of Chile; fishing beside penguins and sight casting to tuna while only 100 meters from shore is a new experience for both of these veteran anglers.

Following up on last year, Brendan heads to the UBC Marine Research center in Bamfield, BC; he participates in a new study looking to discover the effects of sport fishing on caught and released salmon.
