A well played movie with a Truman Capote script that manages to be both dauntingly intellectual and charmingly daffy.
There are times during the movie when you can sense Capote chuckling to himself as he supplies improbable dialogue for his characters.
Director Huston, working from a quirky, literate script by Capote, manages to parody a number ofhis earlier films...
