Capitol Hill follows an innocent young girl, named Roses Smell, who escapes the terrible backwater hell-hole of Portland, Oregon and comes to beautiful Seattle, Washington, in hopes of a better life.

Stranded in the big city Roses is rescued by a total stranger, Tanya, who quickly becomes her new best friend.

Roses gets her dream job but her dark Portland past continues to hunt her.

Roses interviews the world's most famous scientist, Dr Jen, on Women in the Worlkplace. Meanwhile, Pearl is kidnapped and possessed by a demon.

Roses is attacked by homosexual activists after interviewing Mother Terisha on Women in the Workplace.

Roses discovers that the handsome stranger who gave her a ride to Seattle is the city's mayor. Mother Terisha asks Roses to go undercover to a gay bar to spy on the homosexual agenda.

Roses goes undercover as a gay man to help Mother Terisha.

Roses meets the world's most famous mystery writer and forensic scientist who helps her see the truth behind Mother Terisha's agenda.

Roses sets out to get Mother Terisha's DNA and come clean to Michelle about her original intentions.

Roses mourns the loss of her lover but finds comfort in the Mayor's interest in her. Meanwhile, Mother Terisha plots revenge.
