Porter and Caine attempt to steal a car, leading to Porter's arrest; five years later, Porter is released from prison, determined to go straight despite Caine and Bishop's best efforts.

Porter realizes that going legit is harder than it seems; after months of struggling to provide for his family, Porter finally gives in to temptation and goes back into business with Caine and Bishop; Caine wants revenge against Grizzly.

Porter pulls his first job since prison; Caine's volatility nearly causes a disaster, but Porter's cool head prevails; the bosses are impressed with Porter and set up a meet between him and Oz, which further alienates Caine, who is losing his grip.

Caine continues to spin out of control; Porter assumes leadership of the crew, and they pull off their most daring heist yet; against Bishop's orders, Caine finally retaliates against Grizzly and Monte, touching off a war.

Porter continues to shine and is offered a huge promotion by Oz; Caine's stock continues to tumble, putting him in danger of being left behind; the turf war escalates as Grizzly targets Caine, setting the stage for deadly consequences.
