When Arion manages to steal the ball from the mysterious Victor Blade, Victor aims a furious shot at him. But that ball is suddenly knocked off course by another from Riccardo Di Rigo, captain of the Raimon team.

There is a legend in Football that a skilled player's energy, when it's in perfect focus, can take visible form -- a "Fighting Spirits." The legend proves true when Victor Blade reveals his own Fighting Spirits.

Out of nowhere, Victor is given a spot on the Raimon Football team without undergoing tryouts, and the team is not happy.

A frustrated Riccardo cranks up the pressure for the Football tryouts, but Arion and J.P. fight on, and earn a place on the team. When classes end, the two rush off to their first official practice, but a strange tension hangs over the team.

The Raimon vs. Prodigy Grammar School match begins, and Prodigy Grammar School scores the first goal. Arion and J.P. fight harder, yet Prodigy Grammar School scores again.

Percival Travis is fired for defying the orders of Fifth Sector. He leaves Raimon, telling Arion to keep fighting the good fight. Meanwhile, Riccardo, devastated by the loss of the coach he trusted, goes into seclusion.

The Holy Road tournament approaches, a contest that decides which junior high school has the best Football team in the nation. Arion and J.P. watch a video of last year's final match between Raimon and Kirkwood Junior High.

With the regional rounds of the Holy Road tournament just days away, the Raimon Eleven are practicing hard. Riccardo has returned to the team, but his determination is shaken when Victor lets him know what the outcome of the first match is to be.

The first regional round of the Holy Road tournament is underway. In defiance of Fifth Sector's orders, Riccardo scores the first goal against Milky Way Charter School and vows that Raimon will win the match.

The Raimon Eleven have won the first match of the Holy Road tournament! While Arion is thrilled, others fear the team will be crushed for defying Fifth Sector.

The instant the match begins, Victor steals the ball and shoots... right into Raimon's own goal! Unless someone else scores, the game will end exactly as Fifth Sector ordered.

Determined to destroy Raimon, the Almighty Faith's School players will even risk crippling their opponents. The sight of this triggers an emotional change in Victor.

The Holy Road tournament is finally underway. Surrounded by powerful enemies sent by Fifth Sector, the matches ahead will be the toughest yet. So the team practices harder than ever, reminding themselves that no opponent is unbeatable.

After seeing the newcomer's strange behavior in a practice match with the residents of ''Windsor Manor' flats, Bagriel Garcia (Gabi) begins to suspect the boy may be a Seed agent sent by Fifth Sector.

The first round of the Holy Road tournament gets underway at Aerodrome Arena. The Raimon Eleven are put on the defensive by Lunar Sea (Military) Academy's formations and attacks, which take full advantage of special contraptions unique to the venue.

Raimon uses Aitor and Gabi's stellar tandem skills to combat Lunar Sea's tactical play. When Arion uses his Fighting Spirit to even the score, momentum shifts to Raimon.

Following in Aitor's footsteps, a new player tries out for Raimon. Coaches Evans and Sharp see his love for the game and readily accept him, and despite having only two months experience, he quickly integrates himself with the team.

Alpine has fallen under the control of Fifth Sector, and Raimon is tasked with rescuing them. Knowing that Alpine's stout defence can stand up against Thunderbolt, Raimon prepares a surprising new tactical play.

Alpine striker Njord Snio's special shot gives the team an early lead. While Raimon has mastered using spikes to run across the icy pitch, their new tactical play is powerless against Alpine's masterful skills.

After their ferocious match against Alpine, Coach Evans makes an announcement that rocks Arion and the rest of Raimon. Soon thereafter, the team starts a new training regimen that prevents them from touching the ball.

Raimon finds their core skills improving thanks to their coach's new training scheme. But while the team is committed to making their revolution happen, Arion and J.P. face trouble with a new special move.

As the match begins, the stadium's unique gimmick proves an unexpected obstacle for both teams. The Kirkwood side, however, is united under their coach's words: "If we beat Raimon, we can see the road ahead."

As the second half begins, Roma manages to even the score. And while Raimon starts to find its flow, Langford Ash's selfish play threatens to rip Kirkwood apart.

After a pitched battle against Kirkwood, Arion and the rest of Raimon train for their next match. The team undergoes a trial-and-error process with J.P., who is attempting to gain a Fighting Spirit in order to better contribute.

Raimon's quarterfinal opponent in Holy Road is Mirage Middle School, but while the team trains for the match, Wan-Chang's heart isn't in it. He's troubled both by his previous lineup demotion and Mirage striker Harrold Houdini.

The Mirage challenge begins with Wan-Chang in the starting line-up, and he sees the match as a chance to tell Harrold how he feels. Luke, meanwhile, is unable to give Wan-Chang the news he learned from the mysterious girl.

Coach Sharp realizes how to take advantage of the stadium, and his new tactics give Raimon a quick second-half equalizer. Meanwhile, Wan-Chang finally learns the truth of his past from a primary-school friend.

Raimon has finally advanced to the Holy Road semi-finals. Their next opponent, Universal Middle School, is said to have "perfect players" gifted in all aspects of football.

Arion sets aside his anxiety, rekindles his passion for football, and devotes himself to practice once more. Meanwhile, Sam invites J.P. to try goalkeeping after seeing his performance on the pitch.

The day of the Holy Road semi-final is here! Raimon, confident in their quest to restore "real" football, takes on the "perfect" Universal Middle School. But Arion sees a familiar face on the opposing sideline.

Victor has shocking words for Arion: "You're the only one on Raimon who isn't playing seriously right now." Arion wonders if it's because of his concern for Sol Daystar, whose illness makes him too weak to withstand the rigors of the game.

The match against Universal is over, and Riccardo, who fell during the game, is undergoing emergency surgery. This puts the team captain out for the upcoming Holy Road championship, a major blow to Raimon's hopes.

A battered Victor tells a surprised Arion they must learn a certain special move if they hope to win. As Arion guides Raimon as captain, he secretly engages in a series of gruelling practices right up to the night before the championship.

The Holy Road championship, the match that decides who becomes the next Holy Emperor, is finally here! An evenly fought first half ends with Fifth Sector's strongest and the freedom fighters of Raimon tied--a development that pleases Raimon to no end.

The second half begins with all of Mount Olympus' players substituted out. Gyan Cinquedea, creator of Fifth Sector, serves as coach, and Raimon is now faced with his DRAGON LINK team.

Arion's anti-DRAGON LINK strategy fails, causing more damage to Raimon than the opposing team. Losing confidence and feeling worthless, Arion is ready to surrender when a certain someone suddenly appeals to him.

The battle against DRAGON LINK is over, and the world of football is free once more. Because Raimon's team of skilled players trusted in each other, they restored the ultimate kind of football.

The fiercely contested Holy Road final is finally over, and the TV cameras have come to Raimon to film a special about Arion and the team who have breathed new life into the game of football.
