Orangutan Jungle School

The Orangutan Jungle School in Borneo starts a new term. Newbie Bumi struggles to focus while Skittish Rumba takes her first timid steps toward independence. Star student Valentino experiences a bumpy start to college, but supporters cheer him on.

Beni, a new graduate, experiences an exciting introduction to jungle college with former classmates Sura, Meryl, and Wine. New arrival Molly settles in, while Dr Nadine grades slowpoke Bumi and wild child Monita on their latest lessons.

Beni, obsessed with food, shudders as he receives a dramatic, educational smackdown from the local dominant male, Petruk. Meanwhile, Spanser, a spoiled rich kid and former illegal pet, attempts to control his sweet tooth.

The race to contain a case of malaria brought in by orphaned infant Cesia is followed by an assessment of Sri's plan to help Bumi. Meanwhile, observers notice the positive influence Daput, a wild orangutan mum, has on the college females.

Lahei, a nursery-class orphan, goes missing, whilst shy Rumba uses her weak left hand in a nest-building session. Later, Beni and Valentino attempt to make the grade and finally earn their freedom.

Two orangutans prepare to be released into the wild and greet the sanctuary staff on the occasion of their graduation. Bumi and Molly return to the jungle.
