It’s not venturing into Spoilerville to say that Superman is down but not definitively out.
Superman fans will be very pleased at how Liu and company brought this iconic storyline to the small screen in its best adaptation yet.
It's definitely an improvement on last year's The Death of the Superman, focusing on the part of this story that hasn't been told and retold ad nauseum.
Animation, performances, and production are all top-notch, in keeping with director Sam Liu's high standards.
...packs an impressive one-two punch.
