Salvage Dawgs

The team members salvage what they can from a former Methodist church that fell victim to water damage; the team removes pews, a bronze bell and a greenhouse skylight before heading back to the shop to work on a beam console.

The Salvage Dawgs score some doors from the Virginia Military Institute before taking on a peanut silo salvage in Skippers, Va.; after a precarious roof removal, the team devises a different plan to dismantle the silos while keeping them intact.

The crew travels to Orange, Va., to salvage a 1930s brick mansion, including its columns and windows; Mike and Robert return Gen. George C. Marshall's door to the Virginia Military Institute; Tay and Mike build a coffee table from a door.

In Salem, Va., the crew salvages Salem Peacock Cleaners, which is filled with antique laundromats parts; Mike removes the fur fumigator door, while Tay and Ted remove a steam press; Robert works on removing the soapstone sink.

In Henderson, N.C., the crew members salvage parts from an old home that used to house young female teachers; after removing the door, archway and columns from the front entrance, the team begins removing the home's fire escape.

In Pinehurst, N.C., the team members salvage a steam plant that used to run the town; after working together to remove an old transom, Grayson and Robert remove some cool valves, while Mike discovers some additional items in a shed near the building.

The team faces winter weather as it attempts to salvage an old church in Laurel, Del.; Robert, Mike and Tay work together to remove stained glass; Grayson and Grace salvage ceiling tiles and doors; Mike has his eye on a trolley.

The team members travel to a vacant furniture plant in Lexington, N.C., where they work in near darkness salvaging conveyor belts, fire doors, veneer molds, factory carts, and industrial lights; Mike begins work on a handle cart coffee table.

The crew members travel to a shipyard in Norfolk, Va., to salvage a boat once used for Navy SEAL insertions; the Dawgs manage to salvage some key items, but their energy and patience is tested once they realize the boat won't fit on the trailer.

In Grottoes, Va., the team members start at the Cosby Brothers Mill where they hope to salvage old mill parts; then, Mike and Robert travel up the road to see what can be done with an old re-purposed barn.

The guys travel to Clifton Forge, Va., to conquer C&O Railway's vast repair space; they work to salvage the steam engine repair plant by saving railway bases and corrugated glass; later, the guys take apart a baby grand piano turning it into a shelf.

The team heads to Parkville, Md., to salvage a classic farmhouse; outside, the Dawgs remove steel from the front porch, doors and windows; inside, they remove radiators, banisters and wainscoting; Mike rewards the Dawgs with indoor skydiving.

Robert sends Tay and Grayson to salvage on their own in Salem, Va.; Mike and Ted travel to Norfolk, Va., to pick up a special nautical structure for a client, then Tay and Mike build a nautical chandelier for the same buyer.
