Jo takes on the four unruly young Collins children, particularly 9-year-old Ben and 4-year-old Joseph, who are not only aggressive and destructive, but are determined to be the first children to prove that `Supernanny' can fail.

While there are three children in the Hemingway-Clegg family, it is five-year-old Nathaniel who causes the main problems in the house, using his diabetes to make his parents feel guilty and throwing tantrums to get food he's not meant to have.
