In the series premiere, Brie and Bryan move into John Cena's house to take care of Nicole after her surgery, but John's strict house rules have the Bella family walking on eggshells to keep him happy.

A rut in the bedroom causes Brie and Bryan to take out their frustrations on each other, while a bored Nicole comes up with an idea to help them out of their dry spell.

Nicole is determined to help Bryan figure out his next steps in life after retirement, and an under-appreciated JJ considers quitting his job at Kathy's company to pursue a career in wrestling.

Bryan gets caught in the middle of a disagreement between Nicole and Brie causing him to leave the Cena house. Nicole, JJ, Brie and Kathy go on vacation to celebrate Kathy's upcoming wedding.

As Brie heads home to be there for Bryan, Nicole wonders if Brie's career should come first. Meanwhile, Johnny reveals a potentially life-altering secret Kathy has been keeping from the family.

In the season finale, emotions run high in the days leading up to Kathy and Johnny's wedding, along with Brie's retirement WrestleMania match fast approaching.
