Krigsscenerna ser fantastiska ut, och medan man saknar lite av ”Vikings” mer säregna drag, sänder den här serien, när den är som absolut bäst, i stället ut en och annan angenäm ”Game of thrones”-vibb.
...en minst lika blodig historia som på gott och ont följer samma recept som originalet.
Bildberättande under striderna är riktigt bra och när det brittiska kungahuset blandas in i huvudstoryn med dess miljöer, spinner jag.
...there’s still plenty of Vikinging to do, and if you can pick out the characters from all the beards and hides it’s a lot of fun.
...in terms of pure entertainment and getting you to click that “next episode” button, everything here works perfectly.
