Bec patches up a bitten koala with the new vets, Ruby and Kerryn, soothing a pack of itchy possums, while rescue officer Dani encounters a pair of trapped kookaburras needing to be freed.

Following the team as they triage patients from a hoarding case, then free a tangled-up ibis with rescue officers Jo and Chantelle, checking on a baby koala who took a swan dive, and playing the waiting game with a deadly eastern brown snake.

The team deal with duelling duckling roundups and vet Karina calls in specialists to treat koala Spike's leg fracture. They get to the bottom of stomach issues plaguing baby echidnas Ping and Pong, and meet a lost koala.
