With the hospital still reeling from the effects of the recent bomb blast, Nathan's daughter's life and Guppy's career hang in the balance. Meanwhile, new doctor Adam arrives and turns some heads.

Charlie and Nathan face the official enquiry into what happened on the day of the bombing. Guppy attempts to salvage his medical career by seeking guidance from his old mentor, Harry, and just as Josh thinks life holds no more surprises for him, Devika and her daughter turn up out of the blue.
